The Definition Collective LLC ships worldwide.

Processing Time

Because many of our products are made to order, standard processing time is typically 1–2 weeks before shipment.

Limited drops may include preorders. Standard products kept on the store may be made to order. Estimated shipping timelines for preorders, limited drops, made-to-order products, and delayed fulfillment items will be listed on the product page, checkout page, product description, or related launch communication when available.

Delivery Time After Shipment

After an order ships, estimated delivery times are generally:

• Express shipping: approximately 1–3 business days after shipment.
• Standard shipping: approximately 6–10 business days after shipment.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing. Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, fulfillment volume, preorder timelines, and circumstances outside of our control.

International Shipping, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.

The Definition Collective LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import processing, local delivery services, or international shipping restrictions.

Shipping Addresses

Customers may request a return within 14 days of the date the product is delivered.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return:

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, you may return it according to this policy and place a new order for the item you want.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by The Definition Collective LLC or the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are refundable for approved returns. Return shipping costs paid by the customer are not refundable unless the return is due to an error by The Definition Collective LLC.
